MeloTick respects your privacy. This application is designed to provide time management tools such as alarms, reminders, timers, and world clocks while minimizing data collection.

3. Permissions
Notifications
MeloTick uses notifications to deliver alarms, reminders, countdown alerts, and timer updates. These notifications ensure that users are alerted on time for important events and scheduled activities.
Full-Screen Alerts
For time-sensitive alarms, the app may display full-screen alerts so that important alarms can be noticed immediately, even when the device is locked or another app is open.
Display Over Other Apps
To ensure alarms and reminders appear clearly, the app may temporarily display alerts on top of other apps. This helps make sure important alerts are not missed.
Background Activity
MeloTick may run limited background processes to ensure alarms, timers, and reminders trigger accurately even when the app is not actively open.
These permissions are only used to enable core app features.
4. Accessibility Service
MeloTick includes an optional Alarm Protection feature that uses the Android Accessibility Service.
When enabled by the user, this feature helps avoid accidentally turning off the device while an alarm is ringing. The Accessibility Service is used only to detect interactions with the system power menu during an active alarm, helping ensure that important alarms are not missed.

• The Accessibility Service is optional and must be manually enabled by the user
• It is only active when an alarm is ringing and the feature is enabled
• The service is used solely for alarm-related functionality
• The app does not collect, store, monitor, or transmit personal or accessibility data
• The Accessibility Service is not used for navigation assistance, user behavior tracking, or data collection
Users can disable this feature at any time in the app settings.
5. Children's Privacy
MeloTick is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
Parents who believe their child has provided personal information should contact us.
