Offline Music Together — Terms of Use
Last updated: August 16, 2026
By downloading or using Offline Music Together ("the app"), you agree to
these terms.
1. LICENSE
Subject to these terms, you're granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or
control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's
Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) at
https://www.apple.com/legal/internetservices/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
2. YOUR CONTENT
Any audio or video you import into the app remains yours. You're
responsible for making sure you have the right to use, copy, and play
any media you add. The app stores your imported media locally on your
device only — it is not uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the app to import, convert, or play content that
infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, and not to attempt
to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except as
permitted by applicable law.
4. NO WARRANTY
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of
any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the
app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
of the app, including loss of data or media.
6. SOUND STUDIO / PRO FEATURES
Some features (advanced equalizer, reverb, pitch control, custom preset
saving) may be offered as a paid unlock. Purchases, if any, are handled
by Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's own terms
and refund policies.
7. CHANGES TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS
Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates. These
terms may also be updated from time to time; continued use of the app
after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. TERMINATION
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or
discontinue the app at our discretion.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence,
except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
