1.1 Melody Dream Voices의 보이스 뱅크는 본 가이드라인을 준수하는 범위 내에서 누구나 자유롭게 이용할 수 있습니다.
1.2 보이스 뱅크를 활용한 모든 창작물의 권리 및 책임은 전적으로 창작자에게 있으며, Melody Dream Voices는 이에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
2. 보이스 뱅크 명시 및 상업적 이용
2.1. 비상업적 이용: 보이스 뱅크를 비상업적 목적으로 활용할 경우, 본 가이드라인을 준수하는 조건 하에 창작물을 자유롭게 게시 및 배포할 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 해당 보이스 뱅크의 이름(예: SHALS (Melody Dream Voices))을 명확하게 명시하기를 권장합니다.
2.2. 상업적 이용: 음원 발매, CD 출품, 보이스 뱅크 캐릭터 PV 게시, 리듬게임, 타 앨범 참여 등 보이스 뱅크를 활용한 창작물로 수익을 창출하는 상업적 이용의 경우, 다음을 필수적으로 준수해야 합니다.
2.2.1. 캐릭터명 명시: 해당 보이스 뱅크의 이름(예: Feat. SHALS)을 명확하고 식별 가능한 형태로 명시해야 합니다. (명시 방법은 제목 또는 설명란에 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 형태로 권장)
2.2.2. 추가 문의: 그 외 특수한 형태의 상업적 이용에 대해서는 6번 문의처를 통해 사전에 이메일로 문의하여야 합니다.
3. 콘텐츠 제작 기준 및 제한
3.1. 캐릭터 이미지 훼손 금지: 보이스 뱅크 캐릭터의 명예를 훼손하거나, 공서양속에 반하는 내용을 담은 창작물은 어떠한 경우에도 허용되지 않습니다.
3.2. 부적절한 내용 금지: 다음과 같은 내용이 포함된 창작물의 게시는 엄격히 금지됩니다.
3.2.1 과도한 폭력성 및 선정성: 과도하게 폭력적이거나 노골적인 선정성을 포함하는 내용.
3.2.2 보편윤리 위반: 미풍양속 및 보편적인 사회 윤리에 어긋나는 내용.
3.2.3. 정치적/종교적 내용: 특정 정치인 비하, 특정 종교 비난 등 정치적, 종교적 편향성을 띠는 내용.
다만, 상식적인 수준의 사회 풍자, 또는 정당한 비판 등의 내용은 상황에 따라 허용될 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 공식 캐릭터의 명예를 훼손하지 않는 범위 내에서 신중하게 접근해야 합니다.
4. 가이드라인 미준수 시 공식 캐릭터 사용 제한
4.1. 상기 3번 항목의 내용을 포함하는 등 본 가이드라인을 현저히 위반하는 창작물을 게시할 경우, 해당 창작물에는 Melody Dream Voices의 공식 캐릭터명(예: SHALS, KEYUN 등) 및 이미지의 사용이 불가능하며, 해당 창작물은 본 가이드라인의 보호를 받을 수 없습니다.
5. 투고 플랫폼 가이드라인 준수
5.1. 보이스 뱅크를 활용한 창작물을 유튜브, 사운드클라우드 등 외부 플랫폼에 투고할 시, 각 플랫폼의 운영 정책 및 가이드라인을 반드시 준수해야 합니다.

7. 가이드라인 개정

1. General Provisions and Scope of Use
1.1 The voice banks of Melody Dream Voices may be freely used by anyone within the scope defined by these guidelines.
1.2 All rights and responsibilities regarding creations using the voice banks belong solely to the creator. Melody Dream Voices bears no responsibility for such creations.
2. Attribution and Commercial Use
2.1 Non-commercial use: Creations for non-commercial purposes may be freely published and distributed, provided these guidelines are followed. It is recommended to clearly specify the name of the relevant voice bank (e.g., SHALS (Melody Dream Voices)).
2.2 Commercial use: For commercial applications such as music releases, CD submissions, character PVs, rhythm games, or contributions to albums that generate profit using the voice banks, the following must be strictly observed:
2.2.1 Character name attribution: The name of the voice bank (e.g., Feat. SHALS) must be clearly and recognizably stated (preferably in an easily visible location, such as the title or description).
2.2.2 Additional inquiries: For other special cases of commercial use, prior inquiries via email must be made through the contact information listed in Section 6.
3. Content Creation Standards and Restrictions
3.1 Prohibition of character image defamation: It is strictly prohibited to produce any works that damage the reputation of the voice bank characters or contain content that violates public decency.
3.2 Prohibition of inappropriate content: The following types of content are strictly forbidden:

3.2.3 Political or religious bias, such as criticism of specific politicians or religions
Reasonable satire or legitimate critique may be permitted depending on the context. However, even in such cases, creators must proceed with caution and avoid damaging the honor of official characters.
4. Restrictions Due to Guideline Violations
4.1 If a creation significantly violates these guidelines (especially those in Section 3), the official character names (e.g., SHALS, KEYUN) and their associated imagery from Melody Dream Voices may not be used in such creations. These works will not be protected by these guidelines.
5. Compliance with Platform Policies
5.1 When submitting creations using the voice banks to external platforms (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud), users must comply with the policies and guidelines of each respective platform.
