Fried Chicken Livers

What you need:

1 large cast iron skillet

 

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken livers (rinse and pat dry)

1 egg

½ c milk

1 c all-purpose flour

1 tbsp old bay seasoning

Frying oil

 

 

What you need to do: 

Preheat your oil in your skillet over medium heat. In a large plastic bag, add your flour and old bays seasoning. Mix well! Now dip each liver into egg then shake in bag to cover with flour. Make sure you do them one at a time or they will stick. Fry 5-6 minutes   

 

Helpful Hints:  

Have a lid ready for your frying pan incase those livers start to pop
