2 ¼ c all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

What you need to do:

First brown your butter. Be sure to use a light colored pan so that you can see the butter turn brown and remove from heat and pan, immediately. Let your brown butter cool for 30 minutes before you make your cookie dought. To your stand mixer, add your butter and sugar, cream together. Now add your vanilla and eggs and mix. Place your dry ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Now add your dry to your wet until combined. Now hand add your chips to the dough. Let cool in refrigerator 30 minutes, then place your cookies on your sheet and freeze for 15 minutes. Then remove from freezer, add finishing salt and bake at 350 degrees based on the size of your cookie scoop.
