I am a Research Economist at the Office of Financial Research in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. I graduated from NYU Stern with a PhD in Economics in 2024. 

I study macroeconomics, monetary policy, and macro-finance, with a focus on novel policy and business cycle mechanisms. Currently, I am using the OFR's regulatory transaction-level data to understand the dynamics of the U.S. repo market, which is critical to monetary policy implementation and financial institution liquidity management. 

From 2022-2023, while on leave from NYU, I was the staff economist for macroeconomics at the Council of Economics Advisors in the Executive Office of the President. Prior to my PhD, I worked as a Research Assistant in the International Financial Stability section of the International Finance Division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and returned there as a Dissertation Fellow in 2021.
