ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST
App: Backgammon Premium

1. Deleting from within the App
This is the fastest way if the App is still installed on your device:
Open the Settings screen.
Scroll to the account section.
Tap "Delete Account".
Confirm both confirmation screens.
Select your Google account to verify your identity.
The same option is also available on the Profile screen. Deletion completes immediately; there is no waiting period.
2. If you have uninstalled the App
If you can no longer access the App, you may request deletion by email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
You must send the message from the Google email address used for your account. This is the only way we can verify that the account belongs to you. Requests are processed within 30 days at the latest, and you will receive written confirmation.
3. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed, both from our servers and from your device:
Your game account.
All your statistics and total score.
Your match history.
Your daily login streak.
Achievements you have earned.
Your block list (the players you have blocked).
This data has no retention period; it is not kept in backups and cannot be recovered.
4. Data that is not deleted
Your purchases. Purchase records are tied to your Google Play account, not to your game account, and therefore cannot be deleted by us. Deleting your account is not a refund; for refund requests you must contact Google Play support.
Preferences stored on your device. Sound, language and theme settings are kept only on your phone and are never sent to our servers. They are removed automatically when you uninstall the App.
Player reports. If you reported a player, or a player reported you, the report is kept separately from your account so that it can be reviewed, and is deleted 90 days after it was submitted.

Hesap bölümüne inin.
"Hesabı Sil" seçeneğine dokunun.
Açılan iki onay ekranını da onaylayın.
Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için Google hesabınızı seçin.
Aynı seçenek Profil ekranında da bulunur. İşlem anında tamamlanır; beklemeniz gerekmez.
2. Uygulamayı sildiyseniz
Uygulamaya artık erişemiyorsanız talebinizi e-posta ile iletebilirsiniz:

Mesajı, hesabınızda kullandığınız Google e-posta adresinden göndermeniz gerekir. Bu, hesabın gerçekten size ait olduğunu doğrulamamızın tek yoludur. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve size yazılı olarak bilgi verilir.
3. Silinen veriler
Hesabınız silindiğinde aşağıdakiler hem sunucularımızdan hem cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak silinir:
Oyun hesabınız.
Tüm istatistikleriniz ve toplam puanınız.
Maç geçmişiniz.
Günlük giriş seriniz.
Kazandığınız başarımlar.
Engel listeniz (engellediğiniz oyuncular).
Bu verilerin saklama süresi yoktur; yedeklerde tutulmaz ve geri getirilemez.
4. Silinmeyen veriler
Satın alımlarınız. Satın alma kayıtları oyun hesabınıza değil Google Play hesabınıza bağlıdır ve bu nedenle tarafımızdan silinemez. Hesabınızı silmek bir iade işlemi değildir; iade talepleri için Google Play desteğine başvurmanız gerekir.
Cihazınızdaki tercihler. Ses, dil ve tema ayarları yalnızca telefonunuzda tutulur, sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda kendiliğinden silinir.
Oyuncu şikâyetleri. Bir oyuncuyu şikâyet ettiyseniz ya da bir oyuncu sizi şikâyet ettiyse, şikâyet incelenebilmesi için hesabınızdan ayrı saklanır ve gönderildikten 90 gün sonra silinir.
