By downloading or using Backgammon Premium (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. License to Use

Meiralux Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

2. Account and Sign-In

Signing in with a supported third-party account (such as Google) is required to access the online multiplayer feature. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Meiralux Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob and its associated ad networks. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed and that ad networks may collect certain data (such as your device's advertising identifier) to serve relevant ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also change your advertising consent in the app under Settings → About Game → Privacy Options. Ads that are shown automatically can be removed with the optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase; optional ads that you choose to watch for a reward remain available.

4. Online Multiplayer and User Conduct

The App includes a real-time online multiplayer mode. When using this mode:

You agree to behave respectfully towards other users.

The in-app chat includes emoji and pre-written quick messages and, if both players turn them on, text messages and voice messages of up to 10 seconds. You agree not to use this feature for harassing, inappropriate, or unlawful purposes. In particular, when using any form of chat, you must not:

- insult, harass, threaten or discriminate against other players;

- share personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses or social media accounts, whether your own or someone else's;

- send sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise offensive content;

- send spam or advertising.

These rules apply equally to text and voice messages. Text messages are filtered automatically; voice messages cannot be filtered, so you can report and block any player who breaks these rules. Reports are reviewed by us.

Meiralux Studio reserves the right to restrict or remove a user's access to online features, temporarily or permanently and without prior notice, if abuse is detected.

5. In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and play. We may offer optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic boards and checker sets, and the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase) processed securely through Google Play.

All purchases are final and subject to Google Play's refund policies.

Restoring purchases: You can restore your non-consumable purchases on new devices by ensuring you are logged into the same Google Play account used for the original purchase.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App: Settings → account section → "Delete Account" (the same option is also available on the Profile screen). If you have uninstalled the App, you may submit a request at:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of what is removed and what is not. Note that deleting your account is not a refund; purchase records are tied to your Google Play account and cannot be removed by us.

Meiralux Studio may restrict or terminate access to online features in case of misuse, including abuse of the chat feature.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including that the App will operate error-free or that the App and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the App results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Meiralux Studio is not responsible for those costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meiralux Studio be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury/wrongful death, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.

Tavla Premium uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak, bu şartlar otomatik olarak size uygulanır. Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce bunları dikkatlice okuduğunuzdan emin olun.

1. Kullanım Lisansı

Meiralux Studio, size bu sözleşmenin şartlarına kesinlikle uymak kaydıyla, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, sınırlı ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans verir. Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü kopyalamanıza, değiştirmenize, dağıtmanıza veya tersine mühendislik yapmanıza izin verilmemektedir.

2. Hesap ve Giriş

Çevrimiçi çok oyunculu özelliğe erişmek için Google gibi desteklenen bir üçüncü taraf hesabınızla giriş yapmanız gerekmektedir. Hesabınızın güvenliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Meiralux Studio, hesap güvenliğini sağlayamamanızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir kayıp veya zarardan sorumlu değildir.

3. Reklamlar

Uygulama, Google AdMob ve bağlı reklam ağları tarafından sunulan reklamlar gösterir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, reklam gösterilebileceğini ve reklam ağlarının Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı şekilde ilgili reklamları sunmak amacıyla cihazınızın reklam tanımlayıcısı gibi belirli verileri toplayabileceğini kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarınızdan devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık veya İsviçre'de bulunuyorsanız reklam rızanızı uygulamada Ayarlar → Oyun Hakkında → Gizlilik Seçenekleri bölümünden de değiştirebilirsiniz. Kendiliğinden gösterilen reklamlar, isteğe bağlı tek seferlik "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımıyla kaldırılabilir; ödül karşılığında izlemeyi kendinizin seçtiği isteğe bağlı reklamlar kullanılabilir olmaya devam eder.

4. Çevrimiçi Çok Oyunculu Mod ve Kullanıcı Davranışı

Uygulama, gerçek zamanlı çevrimiçi çok oyunculu bir mod içerir. Bu modu kullanırken:

Diğer kullanıcılara karşı saygılı davranmayı kabul edersiniz.

Uygulama içi sohbet emoji ve önceden yazılmış hazır mesajlardan oluşur; iki oyuncu da açtıysa yazılı mesajlar ve en fazla 10 saniyelik sesli mesajlar da kullanılabilir. Bu özelliği taciz edici, uygunsuz veya yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Özellikle, sohbetin herhangi bir biçimini kullanırken:

- diğer oyunculara hakaret edemez, onları taciz edemez, tehdit edemez veya ayrımcılık yapamazsınız;

- kendinize ya da başkasına ait telefon numarası, adres, sosyal medya hesabı gibi kişisel bilgileri paylaşamazsınız;

- cinsel, şiddet içeren, nefret söylemi barındıran veya başka şekilde rahatsız edici içerik gönderemezsiniz;

- istenmeyen mesaj (spam) veya reklam gönderemezsiniz.

Bu kurallar yazılı ve sesli mesajlar için aynen geçerlidir. Yazılı mesajlar otomatik olarak süzülür; sesli mesajlar süzülemez, bu yüzden kurallara uymayan her oyuncuyu şikâyet edebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikâyetler tarafımızca incelenir.

Meiralux Studio, kötüye kullanım tespit edilmesi durumunda bir kullanıcının çevrimiçi özelliklere erişimini önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın geçici ya da kalıcı olarak kısıtlama veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.

5. Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar

Uygulama ücretsiz olarak indirilebilir ve oynanabilir. Google Play üzerinden güvenli bir şekilde işlenen isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alımlar (örneğin tahta ve pul takımı gibi görsel öğeler ile tek seferlik "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı) sunabiliriz.

Tüm satın alımlar kesindir ve Google Play'in iade politikalarına tabidir.

Satın alımların geri yüklenmesi: Tüketilemeyen satın alımlarınızı, orijinal satın alım için kullanılan aynı Google Play hesabında oturum açtığınızdan emin olarak yeni cihazlarda geri yükleyebilirsiniz.

6. Hesabın Sonlandırılması ve Silinmesi

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → hesap bölümü → "Hesabı Sil" (aynı seçenek Profil ekranında da bulunur). Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız talebinizi şu adresten iletebilirsiniz:

Silme işlemi kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz. Nelerin silindiği ve nelerin silinmediği için lütfen Gizlilik Politikamıza bakınız. Hesabınızı silmenin bir iade işlemi olmadığını unutmayınız; satın alma kayıtları Google Play hesabınıza bağlıdır ve tarafımızdan kaldırılamaz.

Meiralux Studio, sohbet özelliğinin suistimali dahil kötüye kullanım hâllerinde çevrimiçi özelliklere erişimi kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabilir.

7. Garantilerin Reddi

Uygulama, hatasız çalışacağına veya Uygulamanın ve sunucularının bilgisayar virüslerinden veya diğer zararlı mekanizmalardan arınmış olacağına dair herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sağlanmaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanmanız ekipman veya veri servisi ya da değişimi ihtiyacı doğurursa, bu maliyetlerden Meiralux Studio sorumlu değildir.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Meiralux Studio, hiçbir durumda, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan hiçbir zarardan (dolaylı ve sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlar, kişisel yaralanma/ölüm, kar kaybı veya veri kaybı ya da iş kesintisinden kaynaklanan zararlar dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu şartlardan doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Bu hüküm, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin hukuku uyarınca sahip olabileceğiniz zorunlu tüketici haklarını etkilemez.

10. Bu Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Kullanım Şartlarımızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Herhangi bir değişikliği bu sayfanın üstündeki tarihi güncelleyerek size bildireceğiz.
