When reporting an issue, please include:
A short description of the problem
Your device model
Your iOS or Android version
The Mehroo app version
A screenshot of the issue, if possible
Please avoid including sensitive financial or personal information in your email.
Tap the microphone button and say your expense naturally. Mehroo uses speech recognition and AI to understand your input and turn it into an expense entry.
For example: “I spent $20 on groceries today.”
Your expense records are currently stored locally on your device. Mehroo does not currently provide Google Drive or iCloud backup.
Your expense data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall Mehroo, your locally stored expense data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before uninstalling the app, we strongly recommend exporting a backup of your expense data as a CSV file and saving it somewhere safe.
If you reinstall Mehroo later without a backup, your previous expense data will not be available.
Microphone access is required for voice-based expense entry. Mehroo only accesses the microphone when you use functionality that requires voice input.
Yes. You can manually enter and manage your expenses without using the voice feature.
