I am Mehedi Hasan from Bangladesh. I received my M.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering from BUET in 2021 and B.Sc. in Leather Engineering from KUET in 2018. I have served the ITN-BUET Center for Water Supply and Waste Management as a research assistant since July 2021. At ITN-BUET, my work focuses on research, laboratory analysis, and capacity building related to WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene). My research interest broadly encompasses wastewater treatment, waste management and recycling, environmental remediation, and environmental pollution monitoring. I can work individually as well as in a team. I am career oriented and a hard-working professional. I thrive on learning and continually propel myself toward achieving goals. I enjoy traveling and am fond of meeting new people across borders. I am also a Member of IWA, CIWEM, Microbiology Society, and Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association.
