الفصل 1: التعاريف والأهداف

1. من نحن:

نحن شركة مهن للموارد البشرية ، ناشطة في مجال الموارد البشرية القطاع الإداري في المملكة من خلال تقديم خدمات القوى العاملة لكليهما القطاعين العام والخاص، وتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلية من خلال نظام متكامل للخدمات ، بما في ذلك خدمات قطاع الأعمال ، خدمات القطاع الفردي ، وخدمات قطاع التوطين".

2. نطاق سياسة الخصوصية:

تتضمن هذه السياسة أي معالجة للبيانات الشخصية المتعلقة ب الأفراد الذين يتم إجراؤهم داخل المملكة بأي وسيلة ، بما في ذلك معالجة البيانات الشخصية المتعلقة بالأفراد المقيمين في المملكة بأي وسيلة من قبل أي جهة خارج المملكة. يتضمن ذلك بيانات الأفراد المتوفين إذا أدى ذلك إلى تحديد هويتهم أو هوية هوية فرد معين من العائلة. هذه السياسة متوافقة تماما مع الشخصية نظام حماية البيانات في المملكة العربية السعودية وما يتصل به اللوائح ، وتهدف إلى حماية البيانات الشخصية وضمان الأفراد الحقوق المتعلقة بخصوصيتهم.

3. أهداف سياسة الخصوصية:

• لتطبيق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

• لشرح كيفية معالجة الشركة لبياناتك الشخصية أو استخدامها أو مشاركتها، وكيف يتم تخزينها.

• توضيح التدابير المتخذة لضمان السرية والأمن المعلومات الشخصية، بما يتوافق مع الأنظمة واللوائح في المملكة.

الفصل 2: الشروط والأحكام

4. أنواع المعلومات التي نجمعها:

• بيانات الهوية: الاسم الكامل / الجنس / رقم الجوال/البريد الالكتروني / الهوية الوطنية أو رقم الإقامة .

• معلومات الاتصال: رقم الهاتف / البريد الإلكتروني / العنوان الوطني.

• البيانات التي يتم جمعها من التواصل معك: المكالمات الهاتفية المسجلة / البيانات من رسائل البريد الإلكتروني / WhatsApp / البيانات من منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بنا.

• بيانات أخرى: البيانات التي يتم جمعها من خلال التطبيق أو الموقع الإلكتروني أو متى تعبئة النماذج أو التواصل المباشر عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني.

5. لا نعالج بياناتك الشخصية إلا بعد التحقق مما يلي:

• الموافقة: يجب أن نحصل على موافقتك قبل معالجة أو استخدام البيانات الشخصية، باستثناء الحالات التي يسمح بها القانون واللوائح المعمول بها.

• المصالح الحيوية: لحماية مصالحك أو مصالح مملكة المملكة العربية السعودية.

• المطالبات المقدمة من السلطات الرسمية أو العامة: بناء على طلب من المختصين السلطات الرسمية والعامة.

• المصالح المشروعة: إذا كانت هناك مصلحة مشروعة دون الإضرار اهتماماتك وبدون معالجة أي من بياناتك الحساسة.

• التزام قانوني: نقوم بمعالجة بياناتك الشخصية إذا كان هناك التزام قانوني الالتزام أو الضرورة للوفاء بالالتزامات أو المتطلبات.

6. كيف نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية:

• نقوم بمعالجة بياناتك الشخصية واستخدامها للأغراض التالية:

• تقديم الخدمات المطلوبة: لضمان كفاءة وفعالية الخدمة التسليم ، وتخصيص العروض والخدمات وفقا لاحتياجاتك.

• الرد على الاستفسارات والشكاوى: للتعامل مع استفساراتك و الشكاوى بسرعة وفعالية وتحقيق الرضا المنشود.

• تحسين وتطوير الخدمات وتقديم تجربة أفضل ل أنت، بما في ذلك استخدام المكالمات والاتصالات المسجلة من أجل الجودة أغراض الرقابة.

• الأغراض القانونية والتنظيمية: استخدام البيانات الشخصية للممارسات القانونية والإجراءات من خلال الاحتفاظ بالسجلات كدليل على أي مطالبات قانونية.

• الامتثال للقوانين أو اللوائح أو المبادئ التوجيهية أو أوامر المحكمة أو الطلبات من السلطات الحكومية.

7. مع من قد نشارك بياناتك الشخصية:

• السلطات العامة أو التنظيمية.

• السلطات التشريعية والحكومية.

• المستشارون القانونيون.

• أي طرف آخر بعد الحصول على موافقتك.

• وكالات التواصل الاجتماعي للتسويق المباشر تحت الضوابط التالية:

  • الالتزام بقانون الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات الأنظمة ذات الصلة.

  • الحصول على موافقتك الواضحة.

  • توفير آلية سهلة ومبسطة لإيقاف استلام مواد تسويقية بناء على طلبك.

  • توضيح اسم الجهة المرسلة.

  • التوقف الفوري عن إرسال المواد التسويقية في حالة الإلغاء موافقتك.

8. فترة الاحتفاظ ببياناتك الشخصية:

سيتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك الشخصية فقط للفترة اللازمة تحقيق الأغراض المحددة والمعتمدة من قبلك أو على النحو المنصوص عليه في القوانين واللوائح في المملكة.

9. كيف نضمن أمن بياناتك الشخصية:

اتخذت الشركة جميع المتطلبات التنظيمية والإدارية والإدارية التدابير الفنية لضمان أمن البيانات الشخصية والخصوصية من أصحابها ، مع الالتزام بما يلي:

• تنفيذ التدابير الأمنية والفنية اللازمة للتخفيف من المخاطر المتعلقة بتسرب البيانات الشخصية.

• الالتزام بالضوابط والمعايير ذات الصلة الصادرة عن الأمن السيبراني الوطني سلطة.

10. حقوقك فيما يتعلق بمعالجة بياناتك الشخصية:

• الحق في المعرفة: لديك الحق في أن يتم إبلاغك بالمجموعة و استخدام بياناتك، بما في ذلك السبب وكيفية استخدام بياناتك الشخصية تم جمعها ، وأغراض معالجة بياناتك ، ومع من ستتم أن تكون مشتركة.

• الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية: لديك الحق في طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها الشركة بتنسيق واضح ومقروء.

• الحق في طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية: لديك الحق في طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية بتنسيق واضح ومقروء، وفقا للضوابط والإجراءات التي تحددها الأنظمة.

• الحق في طلب تصحيح بياناتك الشخصية: لديك الحق في اطلب تصحيح بياناتك الشخصية أو إكمالها أو تحديثها.

• الحق في طلب إتلاف بياناتك الشخصية: لديك الحق في طلب إتلاف بياناتك الشخصية في ما يلي الحالات:

  • إذا كنت تعتقد أن الشركة لم تعد بحاجة إلى بياناتك الشخصية الأغراض التي تم جمعها من أجلها.

  • إذا كنت قد اعترضت رسميا على استخدامنا لبياناتك الشخصية.

  • إذا كان استخدامنا لبياناتك الشخصية ينتهك القانون أو أي قانون قانوني آخر الالتزامات.

  • إذا ألغيت موافقتك على تحصيل ومعالجة كانت البيانات الشخصية والموافقة هي الأساس القانوني الوحيد.

• الحق في سحب الموافقة: لديك الحق في تعديل / إلغاء الموافقة على جمع بياناتك الشخصية ومعالجتها إذا وافقت على ذلك هو الأساس القانوني الوحيد، ما لم تقتضي المتطلبات القانونية أو القضائية خلاف ذلك.

• الحق في تقديم شكوى: لديك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى السلطة المختصة إذا لم يتم الوفاء بحقوقك في غضون 90 يوما من تاريخ الحادث أو معرفتك به.

11. مسؤولياتك:

التأكد من دقة وصحة البيانات المقدمة وتحديثها عند الضرورة.

12. حذف حسابك:

يجب التواصل معنا و تقديم طلب حذف لحذف حسابك خطياً و التوقيع عليه وذلك لوجود بيانات تتعلق بحسابك مثل العقود ...الخ .

سياسة الخصوصية - الأذونات الحساسة

نحن في تطبيق ساعات نحترم خصوصية مستخدمينا ونسعى لحماية بياناتهم الشخصية. فيما يلي توضيح للأذونات الحساسة التي يطلبها التطبيق واستخداماتها:

1️⃣ إذن الموقع الجغرافي (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

الغرض: تحديد عنوان المستخدم عند طلب الخدمة باستخدام خرائط Google.

الاستخدام: يتم الوصول إلى الموقع عند اختيار العنوان فقط، ولا يتم تخزين أو مشاركة أي بيانات موقع.

إذن المصادقة البيومترية (USE_BIOMETRIC)

الغرض: السماح بتسجيل الدخول باستخدام بصمة الإصبع لضمان أمان الحساب.

الاستخدام: لا يتم تخزين أو مشاركة أي بيانات بيومترية خارج الجهاز.

🔐 سياسة الخصوصية والأمان:

لا نقوم بتخزين أو بيع أو مشاركة أي من البيانات التي يتم الوصول إليها من خلال هذه الأذونات.

جميع البيانات المستخدمة تتماشى مع سياسة خصوصية Google Play وسياسات حماية البيانات المعمول بها.

الدفع الإلكتروني

يوفر تطبيقنا خدمة الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال واجهة WebView لعرض بوابة الدفع الخاصة بمزود خدمة الدفع الخارجي. نحن لا نقوم بجمع أو تخزين أي بيانات دفع خاصة بالمستخدم. تتم جميع المعاملات عبر واجهة آمنة تتبع سياسات الأمان المعتمدة بمزود خدمة الدفع . 

13. التغييرات التي تطرأ على إشعار الخصوصية:

تم تحديث إشعار الخصوصية هذا في 05/04/2025 ويمكن تحديثه حسب الحاجة ، و سيتم إبلاغك بأي تحديثات.

We are Mehan company for human resources, active in the field of human resources and the administrative sector in the Kingdom by providing manpower services to both the public and private sectors, and meeting the needs of the local market through an integrated system of services, including business sector services, individual sector services, and localization sector services.

2. Scope of the Privacy Policy:

This policy includes any processing of personal data related to individuals made within the Kingdom by any means, including the processing of personal data related to individuals residing in the Kingdom by any means by any party outside the Kingdom. This includes the data of deceased individuals if this leads to their identification or the identity of a particular family member. • To apply the Personal Data Protection Law and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Identity data: Full name / gender / mobile number / email / national ID or residence number.

• Contact Information: Phone number / email / national address.

• Data collected from communicating with you: recorded phone calls / data from emails / WhatsApp / data from our social media platforms.

• Other data: data collected through the application or website, when filling out forms or direct communication via phone or email.

5. We only process your personal data after verifying the following:

• Consent: We must obtain your consent before processing or using personal data, except where permitted by applicable law and regulations.

• Vital interests: To protect your interests or the interests of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Claims submitted by official or public authorities: at the request of competent official and public authorities.

• Legitimate interests: If there is a legitimate interest without prejudice to your interests and without processing any of your sensitive data.

• Legal obligation: We process your personal data if there is a legal obligation to comply or be necessary to meet the obligations or requirements.

Your personal data will only be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified and approved by you or as stipulated by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom.

9. How we ensure the security of your personal data:

You must contact us and submit a deletion request to delete your account in writing and sign it, due to the presence of data related to your account such as contracts ... Etc.

Privacy Policy - Sensitive Permissions

At Saat App, we value our users' privacy and are committed to protecting their personal information. Below is a detailed explanation of the sensitive permissions requested by our application and their purposes:

Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

• Purpose: To enable users to select their address using Google Maps when requesting a service.

• Usage: Location is accessed only during the address selection process and is never stored or shared.

Biometric Authentication Permission (USE_BIOMETRIC)

• Purpose: To provide users with the option to log in using fingerprint authentication for enhanced account security.

• Usage: Biometric data is processed locally on the device and is never stored or transmitted externally.

Privacy and Data Security:

• We do not store, sell, or share any data accessed through these permissions.

• All data usage complies with Google Play's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Online Payment:

Our app provides an online payment option through a WebView that displays the external payment provider’s secure API. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. All transactions are handled securely through the provider's interface. 

13. Changes to the Privacy Notice:

This Privacy Notice was updated on 08/04/2025 and can be updated as needed, and you will be informed of any updates.
