It totally depends upon the product/item you want to powder coat & also the "per day production" matters.
WHAT CAN WE POWDER COAT?
Only metals, glass & some woods can be powder coated.
CAN WE POWDER COAT PLASTIC?
No, because powder coating requires proper heat treatment, anything that cannot withstand a temperature of 200℃ cannot be powder coated.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES POWDER CURING TAKE IN OVEN?
The time taken in powder curing depends upon your geographical location. All powder roughly gets cured in around 10-12 Minutes.
IS POWDER COATING MORE EXPENSIVE THAN LIQUID PAINTING?
No, In fact, powder coating is much cheaper than liquid coating.
HOW LONG DOES POWDER COATING LAST?
Powder can last for decades with the right surface preparation, application & curing.
CAN POWDER COATING BE APPLIED ON SITE?
No, It cannot be applied on site because it needs to be cured in an oven.
IS POWDER COATING BETTER THAN LIQUID PAINTING?
Yes, powder coating is baked onto the metal part, forming a thicker layer of protection that is stronger and more weather-resistant, minimizing scratching, peeling and fading.

WHICH POWDER TO USE/WHERE CAN I GET THE POWDER?
There are 2 types of powder coating powder Epoxy Polyester Powder (EP) & Pure Polyester Powder (PP), EP is used for indoor products like almirah, cooler, furniture, etc. & PP is used for outdoor products like aluminum sections, automobile parts, etc. Both powders come in finishes like High Glossy, Glossy, Matte, Textured, Wrinkle Texture, etc.
There are many powder manufacturers in India, And it is very easy to get.
HOW MUCH SURFACE AREA CAN BE COVERED IN 1 KG POWDER?
The coverage of the powder depends upon the type & finish you are using. All powder roughly covers around 80-100 SQ FT.
