Effective Date: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how we ("we", "us", or "our") collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Apps") published on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other authorized app distribution platforms.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Apps.
When you use our Apps, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, screen resolution, device language, and general device settings.
Identifiers: Advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS (where you have granted permission), and app-set or install identifiers.
Usage Data: In-app events, session duration, gameplay progress, feature interactions, crash logs, and diagnostic information.
Approximate Location: Coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address, used for content localization, regional compliance, and ad delivery. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific App expressly requests that permission for a clearly disclosed feature.
Network Information: IP address, mobile network/carrier information, and connection type.
Most of our Apps do not require account registration. Where an App offers optional features such as support requests or feedback forms, we may collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.
If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card number or other payment credentials. We may receive limited, non-identifying transaction records (such as order confirmations) to deliver purchased content and to comply with financial reporting obligations.
We use the collected information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their core functionality;
Save game progress and restore purchases;
Serve advertisements, including (where permitted) personalized advertisements;
Measure ad performance and app analytics to improve our Apps;
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, crashes, fraud, and abuse;
Comply with legal obligations and platform policies, including the Google Play Developer Program Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.
Some of our Apps are supported by advertising, some offer in-app purchases, and some contain both. Where advertising is present, we work with third-party advertising networks and mediation platforms that may collect and use device identifiers and related data to serve and measure ads. These partners may include, among others:
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) — https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

The specific networks active in any given App may vary, and additional certified ad networks may be used through mediation. Each ad network processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review the policies linked above.
You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time through your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization."
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track," and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → disable "Personalized Ads."
On iOS, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, our Apps will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, we will not use your IDFA for tracking, and ads shown to you will be non-personalized (contextual).
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, our Apps display a consent notice (via Google's User Messaging Platform or an equivalent certified consent management platform) before personalized ads are served. You may decline consent, in which case only non-personalized ads will be shown, and you may change your choice at any time from within the App where such an option is provided.
We may use analytics and stability services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC), to understand how our Apps are used and to diagnose crashes. These services collect information such as device identifiers, in-app events, and crash traces under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) unless expressly stated in a specific App's store listing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
For any App that participates in the Google Play "Designed for Families" program or is otherwise directed at children, we serve ads only through networks certified for family programs, disable personalized advertising, and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR provisions applicable to minors, and Google Play Families Policy requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below and we will promptly delete such information.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
With the advertising, mediation, analytics, and crash-reporting partners described above, to the extent necessary to provide their services;
With platform providers (Google, Apple) for app distribution, billing, and compliance;
When required by law, legal process, or governmental request;
To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our business, or the public;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.
We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, typically for the duration required to operate the Apps, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for longer periods. Ad network and analytics partners retain data under their own published retention schedules.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) where applicable. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate data;
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Data portability, where applicable;
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
For users in the EEA/UK (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing are consent (personalized advertising), legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention, non-personalized advertising), and performance of a contract (delivering App functionality and purchases). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise the opt-out through the device-level ad settings described in Section 3.1 or by contacting us. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Because most data we handle is collected via device identifiers rather than names or emails, we may ask you to provide your advertising ID so we can locate data associated with your device.
Information collected through our Apps may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
