How do I create an account? Download the Meetzy app, tap "Sign Up," and follow the registration process. You can sign up using your email or phone number.
I forgot my password. What should I do? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
How do I delete my account? Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or contact us directly at sahmaraqayev32@gmail.com to request account deletion.
Can I change my username? Yes, you can change your username in Settings > Profile > Edit Profile.
How do I find events in Baku? Open the app and browse the events feed. You can filter by category, date, or search for specific events.
How do I create an event? Tap the "+" button on the home screen, fill in event details (title, description, date, location, category), and publish your event.
Can I edit or cancel my event after creating it? Yes, go to your event page and tap "Edit" or "Cancel Event." Note that if people have already registered, they will be notified of changes.
How do I register for an event? Open the event page and tap "Register" or "Get Ticket." Follow the payment process if the event requires a ticket purchase.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards and local payment methods available in Azerbaijan.
I didn't receive my ticket after payment. What should I do? Check your email and app notifications. If you still don't see it, contact us at sahmaraqayev32@gmail.com with your transaction details.
Can I get a refund? Refund policies depend on the event organizer. Check the event's refund policy before purchasing, or contact the organizer directly.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
Is my personal information safe? Yes, we take data security seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we protect your data.
How do I report inappropriate content or behavior? Tap the three dots menu on any event or profile and select "Report." You can also email us directly with details.
How do I block a user? Go to the user's profile, tap the three dots menu, and select "Block User."
The app is crashing or not working properly. Try these steps:
Close and restart the app
Check for app updates in the App Store
Restart your device
Reinstall the app
If the problem persists, contact us with details about your device and the issue.
I'm not receiving notifications. Check that notifications are enabled:
Go to your device Settings > Meetzy > Notifications
In the Meetzy app, go to Settings > Notifications and enable your preferred notification types
The app is running slowly. Try clearing the app cache in Settings > Storage, or reinstall the app. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Is Meetzy free to use? Yes, downloading and using Meetzy is completely free. Some events may require ticket purchases, which go directly to event organizers.
Can I use Meetzy outside of Baku? Currently, Meetzy focuses on events in Baku, Azerbaijan. We plan to expand to other cities in the future.
