Lobby Ticket Holders
Gain entry to the lobby by presenting their Eventbrite-issued QR code.
Name badges will not be provided for Lobby Access Tickets. Access does not include conference sessions, evening reception, or food and beverages.
Conference Ticket Holders
You will have full access to the two-day MedTech Summit.
Guests are encouraged to bring their Eventbrite-issued QR code to expedite registration, where a name badge will be provided.
Organizers will pre-select attendees to participate in various Conversation Rooms on Day 1.
Exhibitors
Must submit an expression of interest to feature a booth during the event.
Selected Exhibitors will be provided with a code to pay for the booth space.
Exhibitors will receive two Full Conference tickets and logo placement on select promotional materials and will be provided with a designated space in the lobby exhibition area alongside 40 partner organizations. Booth spaces include one 2x6 table and table covering.
Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own display materials, equipment, banners, and promotional items. Access to electrical outlets may require an extension cord.
