The following Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the "Medium SaRa" application
The service is unique and a limited number of orders are available
1.0 "PHOTO-CONTACT" is a medium service "contact with the Higher Self"
1.1 MEDIUM acts as a provider of medium services
1.1.1 "MEDIUM" has an official medical and psychological education
1.1.2 "MEDIUM" has 8 years of teaching experience in universities
1.1.3 "MEDIUM" has 16 years of experience in providing psychological services
1.2 The QUERENT acts as a customer of medium services
1.3 The QUERENT orders a MEDIUM service - "PHOTO-CONTACT"
1.3.1 The QUERENT can order the "PHOTO-CONTACT" service a limited number of times
1.3.2 Such a restriction is necessary for reasons of concern for the worldview of the QUERENT
1.3.3 The "PHOTO-CONTACT" service is not aimed at changing the paradigms and outlook of the QUERENT
1.3.4 The purpose of the "PHOTO-CONTACT" service is exclusively informational - informative - cognitive
1.4 MEDIUM receives the necessary data from the QUERENT only in electronic form (ELECTRONIC LETTER)
1.4.1 The QUERENT is not obliged to provide the MEDIUM with his personal data, such as name, surname, etc.
1.4.2 The QUERENT is obliged to send the MEDIUM a high-quality photo (preferably in color) in which the eyes are clearly visible
1.4.3 The QUERENT has the right to hide most of the photo, except for the eyes, for privacy reasons
1.4.4 The QUERENT is not obliged, but can send relevant questions about the photo or certain explanations
1.4.5 Questions or explanations of QUERENT regarding the photo - only additional information for "PHOTO-CONTACT"
1.4.6 MEDIUM does not answer questions about photo; it is worth clearly understanding how this method works (see point 1.0)
1.5 MEDIUM fulfills the QUERENT's order after full prepayment and receipt of payment notification
1.6 The result of the execution of the order is an audio recording "contact with the Higher Self" lasting from three to 10 minutes
1.7 The "contact with the Higher Self" session is interpreted directly by the MEDIUM and recorded in Ukrainian or Russian
1.7.1 Electronic translation of the audio recording into other languages is also possible, but only in the form of text
1.8 A "contact with the Higher Self" session may contain certain IMAGES and PATTERNS that are not allowed to be communicated to an inexperienced QUERENT - for example, the gender of the future child. In this case, the MEDIUM may recommend other medium services to the QUERENT, for example "Stream Screen", where the MEDIUM and the QUERENT work in real time online or in the office.
2.0 MEDIUM guarantees its QUERENT anonymity, preservation and non-disclosure of his personal data and data of his request
2.1 MEDIUM undertakes to treat e-mails and data received from its QUERENT with care, only if they were provided by e-mail and signed by the official application "Medium SaRa"
2.2 MEDIUM is not responsible for the actions of third parties (hackers, scammers, fraudsters, etc.) who caused damage, loss of information or any other material or moral damages to the QUERENT by hacking into the MEDIUM's personal computer, its mail, website, programs
2.3 MEDIUM undertakes to provide the QUERENT only the service that the QUERENT has paid in accordance with the cost of the service on the date of payment of this service
2.4 The "PHOTO-CONTACT" method has several important limitations , which the QUERENT should take into account before paying for the service (see all points 1)
2.5 The QUERENT has the right to provide a photo of another person if they know each other personally or at least know each other's names
2.6 MEDIUM is not obliged to explain to the QUERENT the methods and secrets on the basis of which "PHOTO-CONTACT" is made
2.7 MEDIUM does not provide the QUERENT with information about its other clients
3.0 The QUERENT bears full responsibility for the authenticity of the information provided
3.1 False information provided by the QUERENT may result in denial of service
3.2 The QUERENT has the right to publish or transmit to others only the result of a personal "PHOTO-CONTACT" together with all input data of the request, including a photo
3.3 MEDIUM forms the prices for its services and its creative fee, based on the value and significance of the service provided, taking into account the expended efforts and acquired knowledge
3.4 MEDIUM begins to perform the service only after its full prepayment and receipt of profile data from the QUERENT and notification of payment initiated within the "Medium SaRa" program
3.5 MEDIUM may refuse to perform the service without explaining the reason (before receiving advance payment)
3.6 The deadline for making an order is one week, but it may change and depends on the time of the order and the load on the MEDIUM
3.7 MEDIUM does not prohibit, but insists, that the service be ordered personally by the requester, and not by an intermediary or an interested person
