Everything is free in its own place
Even as it arises
It is already released

Unmoved by thoughts

In the immediacy of perception
Rest
In the natural state of being
This is the freedom of Dharmakaya

Within the vastness of the awakened mind
Spacious
All pervading
Like the sky
There is no grasping
No rejecting
Yet through dualistic perception
We fall into confusion
Bound by causality
Bound by karma
But look
These appearances
Born of illusion
Are like reflections in a mirror
Like waves upon the ocean
They have no true support
No lasting substance
Encounter them directly
See their fleeting nature
Let them go
They dissolve into emptiness
Rest in awareness itself

To be free
You do not need to abandon anything
You do not need to renounce
Transform
Purify
You do not need antidotes
Or special methods
Simply recognize awareness
Uncontrived
Unaltered
Ever present
When anger arises
Do not suppress it
Do not transform it
Do not meditate upon it
Instead
Rest in awareness
See its empty nature
Let it dissolve on its own
Like clouds passing through the sky
Like a bird soaring through space
Nothing remains
The mind is naturally free
...
Everything that arises
Is already free
If you simply let it be
There has never been a state of bondage
There has never been anything to liberate
Freedom is not something you attain
It is something you realize
See this key point
Things are free by their very nature
Things are free as they arise
Things are free in their own place
Things are free the moment they are seen
Things are free because they have no true basis
Freedom is not created
It is not achieved
It is already here
...
No matter what appears
No matter what manifests
It is simply an expression of awareness
There is nothing that can bind you
Not suffering
Not pleasure
Not thoughts
Not emotions
Not sensory appearances
Even in the midst of turmoil
Freedom is already present
Look directly
See clearly
Rest naturally
There is no turning back
From the recognition of truth

Freedom means no struggle
Freedom means no striving
It is beyond effort
Beyond time
Beyond practice
It is not created by meditation
It is not maintained by effort
It is not attained by seeking
It is already complete
Spontaneous
Present
Things fade away the moment they arise
Everything is naturally pure
There is no need to become familiar with freedom
It is timelessly present
...
When joy arises
That is the radiance of awareness
Do not cling to it
Do not analyze it
Do not try to hold on to it
Simply rest in it
Without distraction
Without effort
Then it becomes self liberated
Unobstructed
Like the clear light of the sky
...
Thoughts arise and resolve
But the mind’s true nature never changes
There is no need to suppress thoughts
There is no need to hold onto them
There is no need to alter anything
Whatever appears to the senses
Let it be as it is
Whatever stirs in the mind
Let it move as it moves
Like a rope loosened on both sides
Everything is naturally free

When you recognize awareness
Everything that arises
All perceptions
Thoughts
Emotions
Are already free
They do not need to be purified
They do not need to be abandoned
They do not need to be transformed
Like waves on water
Like echoes in a canyon
Like dreams at dawn
They come and go
Leaving no trace
There is nothing to hold onto
There is nothing to resist
...
Bondage exists only if you cling
Freedom appears the moment you let go
But even freedom itself
Is just another concept
Go beyond bondage and freedom
Go beyond seeking and avoiding
Go beyond effort and practice
Rest in the natural openness of awareness
Rest in the vastness beyond thought
Rest in the spaciousness where nothing arises
And nothing subsides
This is the Yoga of Freedom

There is nothing to seek
There is nothing to attain
Everything that arises is already free
Everything that appears is pure from the start
Awareness itself is vast
Unobstructed
Beyond all extremes
Like space
It is boundless
Like the sky
It is clear
Like a dream
It is luminous and fleeting
Realize this now
Rest in this now
And be free
