THE BEGINNING OF SEEING
What follows points directly
to the initial Awakening—
to being pure Awareness itself.
It is not distant.
It is not rare.
It is entirely possible
that simply litening or reading this words
could be enough.
If it happens,
you will not wonder.
Awakening is self-evident.
Light knows itself.
Nothing special is required—
only innocence
and genuine openness.
So before continuing,
let there be a simple preparation.
Sit comfortably.
Adjust your body.
Stretch gently.
Take a slow, deep breath.
And relax.
Let go of the need
to know anything.
Let go of the need
to learn,
to achieve,
to experience something profound.
There is nowhere to go.
Nothing to attain.
Allow everything
to be exactly as it is.
Soften the neck.
Release the shoulders.
Let the whole body settle.
Close your eyes for a moment.
Be simply here—
with the inner quiet.
No effort.
Now open your eyes gently.
Notice the Stillness
in the room around you.
Do not search for it.
It is already present.
Rest with it.
Let attention soften
into the quietness
that surrounds you.
Now allow awareness
to move through the body.
Feel the subtle aliveness
within.
Is there a place
of tightness?
Of tension?
Of stronger sensation?
Without losing touch
with the surrounding Stillness,
let attention rest
on the most noticeable sensation.
Close your eyes again
for a few moments.
Be with that sensation.
Feel it directly—
without story,
without judgment.
Notice the subtle energy there.
The body responds
to gentle attention.
Healing begins to accelerate
when it is allowed.
Stay with the sensation.
Let it intensify if it wishes.
Do not resist.
Do not encourage.
Simply allow.
At some point,
it may soften,
shift,
or dissolve slightly.
When it is no longer dominant,
gently return attention
to the Stillness
in the space around you.
Notice the clarity now.
Feel the ease.
The lightness.
The quiet joy
rising to the surface
of body and mind.
Rest in that ease.
It is closer
to your true nature
than tension ever was.
Let this simplicity
be the ground
from which you continue.
