We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Apps, expressing
an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on
the Apps or otherwise contacting us.

Publicly Available Personal Information. We collect first name, maiden name, last name, and
nickname; ID; phone numbers; email addresses; family member names and their related information; Medical
Aid Details; and other similar data.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us
of any changes to such personal information.
Information collected through our Apps
In Short: We may collect information regarding your mobile device, when you use our apps.
If you use our Apps, we may also collect the following information:
· Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device,
including your mobile device's storage, email, and other features. If you wish to change our access or
permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of
our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
We use personal information collected via our Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We
process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order
to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal

returns, and exchanges made through the Apps.

to honour this privacy policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in
this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or
other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for
longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either
delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been
stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any
further processing until deletion is possible.

Delete your Personal Data Directly from the Application
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information
from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud,
troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal
requirements.
Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on
the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will
then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related
emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may:

6. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track
(‘DNT’) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your
online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or
any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for
online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a
revised version of this privacy policy.
7. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
