The Enrollees age who are 65 and over who have 40 quarters of coverage and some persons with disabilities who pay a monthly premium to voluntarily enroll in the Medicare Part A.



Individuals who are at least 30 quarters of coverage or were married to someone with at least 30 quarters of coverage may buy in to a Part A at Reduced Monthly Premium rate, that will be $278 in year 2023 with a $4 increase form year 2022.
