Data Sovereignty: This medical data is input entirely by you (the medical professional) and is securely synchronized and stored via Firebase Realtime Database.

Professional Responsibility: Medical professionals utilizing this application retain full and absolute clinical responsibility for their patients. Any medical decisions, diagnoses, or treatments prescribed based on or after using this application are the sole responsibility of the practicing professional.
Accuracy of Data: The developer does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or error-free nature of the data synchronized or displayed. The developer shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, data loss, misinterpretations, or damages resulting from the use of this software.
