Mobile Studio Product Photography Rates (On-Location) 2023

Our mobile studio enables us to travel across South Africa for product shoots. A special traveling  rates  will apply to locations outside of the Western Cape 

Includes:

Mobile studio set-up with white background at client location. Simple products (no styling or assembly). Solid white background. No shadow. JPEG format. Up to three images per product. Shot at the client location.

Event Photography Rates Rates 2023

Event Photography – National

We offer an array of event photography packages for celebrations and corporate events, including year end functions, conferences, forums, product launches, award functions, team building, and other commercial event.

Per Hour  - R1650 (Min 2 Hours)

Half Day - R  5 900 (4 Hours)

Full Day - R 11 500 (8Hours)

Cinematography Rates Rates 2023

Cinematography / Film / Video  – National

All rates associated with cinematography , video or film is project based. Please book a consultation session to discuss a brief outline of your project.

Please note that we do accept any jobs with a short turn around time that will require us to rush the project :)

1. Booking Process:

1.1. Reservation: To secure your photography session, 50% of your invoice must be paid upfront

1.2. Availability: Booking dates and times are subject to our availability. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure your preferred slot 

1.3. Confirmation: We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your deposit.

1.4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms:

2.1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee is required to secure your booking.

2.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via EFT. Details for making the deposit will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

2.3. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the session fee is due on the day of the photography session.

2.4. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled session, the deposit may be applied to a future booking, subject to availability.

2.5. Late Payments: Failure to make the balance payment on the day of the session may result in the session being postponed or canceled at our discretion.

3. Rights and Usage:

3.1. Copyright: All images captured during the session are the intellectual property of Media Foundry Visuals. Clients are granted personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes only.

3.2. Publicity: We reserve the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your images used in this way, please notify us in writing. Exclusivity rate will apply.
