Media-X Support Hub

As you know, on March 4, 2019, all Media-X / McREL ticket users were directed to use the NEW Harris Education Solutions Media-X Support Hub.

You may continue to use the existing support email of mxsupport@harriscomputer.com as that has not changed. Any emails sent to this address will be directed to the new support hub.

However, since March 4, 2019, you have also had access to the Media-X Support Hub, http://mx.na2.teamsupport.com. Please click Login at the top right corner > “Forgot my password” to receive instructions to create an account if you have not already done so. The advantage to logging in to the system as opposed to sending an email with your issue is that this Support Hub is more feature rich. It allows you to access all your open, pending and closed tickets and gives you easy access to the knowledge base on all products, wiki resources, and product news/updates.

If you choose to put in your tickets through the hub, access to suggested resources will display based on key words, which may immediately give you the answer that you are looking for.
