## Privacy Policy for MechaMorph

This Privacy Policy describes how the **MechaMorph** mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), published by **Buu Media Studio**, handles information when you use it. App package: `com.buu.media.mecha.morph`.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
### 1. Summary (plain language)
- We do **not** require an account or sign-up.
- We do **not** collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
- We do **not** access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.
- We collect only an **advertising identifier** (to show ads) and **anonymous usage analytics** (to improve the App).
- Your collection of forged models is stored **locally on your device**.
- We do **not** sell your personal data.
### 2. Information we collect
The App collects only the following, through trusted third-party services:
**a) Advertising identifier and ad-related data** — via **Google AdMob**.
This includes your device's advertising ID and standard ad-interaction data, used to display ads, limit how often ads appear, and (where you consent) show more relevant ads. Subject to your consent where required by law.
**b) Anonymous usage and diagnostic analytics** — via **Google Firebase Analytics**.
This includes anonymous, aggregated information such as which screens you open, in-app events (for example, completing a transformation), app version, device model, and general region/country. This data is not linked to your real-world identity and is used only to understand and improve the App.
**c) Purchase information** — via **Google Play Billing**.
If you make a purchase (remove ads or a Premium subscription), the transaction is processed by **Google Play**. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can unlock your features. **We never receive or store your full payment details** (card numbers, etc.) — those are handled entirely by Google Play.
We do **not** collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise or background location, microphone or camera input, health data, or messages.
### 3. How we use information
- To display and frequency-cap advertising (free version).
- To deliver, maintain, and improve the App and fix bugs.
- To understand anonymous, aggregate usage trends.
- To unlock purchased features (remove ads / Premium).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do **not** use your information for any purpose unrelated to operating the App, and we do **not** sell it.
### 4. Local data on your device
Your forged-model collection, progress, and app settings are stored **locally on your device** (device storage / shared preferences). This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. We do not upload it to our servers.
### 5. Content delivery
The App's transformation videos and images are delivered to your device from a content delivery network (CDN) so the App stays small and can be updated remotely. Standard technical requests (such as your IP address and device type) may be processed by the CDN solely to deliver this content, as is normal for any internet request. This content is generated or curated by us and is provided for entertainment.
### 6. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

- **Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase** (analytics) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not share your personal data with any third parties other than the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the App. We do not share data with data brokers.
### 7. Your choices and consent (EEA / UK / GDPR)
Where required by law, the App shows a **Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent prompt** before serving personalized ads. You may change or withdraw consent at any time. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
- Android: **Settings → Google → Ads** (reset or opt out of ad personalization).
If consent is declined or withdrawn, you may still see non-personalized ads.
### 8. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
We do **not** sell or "share" (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) your personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at **can.dao.hn57@gmail.com**.
### 9. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The App is **not directed to children under 13** (under 16 in some regions) and is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is **not** enrolled in the Google Play "Designed for Families" program. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at **can.dao.hn57@gmail.com** and we will delete it.
### 10. Data security
All data transmitted between the App and the services above is **encrypted in transit** (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard safeguards.
### 11. Data retention and deletion
- Local collection/progress: removed when you uninstall the App.
- Analytics data: retained in aggregate per Google Firebase's retention settings.
To request information about, or deletion of, data related to your use of the App, contact **can.dao.hn57@gmail.com**. You can also delete the App's local data by uninstalling it.
### 12. International users
The App may be used worldwide. By using it, you understand that information processed by the third-party services above may be handled in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.
### 13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
