Apex Utility Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MeasurePro mobile application ("App").
MeasurePro is a measurement and calculation application designed to help users perform calculations related to construction and building materials, including granite, bricks, tiles, plaster, painting, and other related measurements.
This Privacy Policy explains how MeasurePro handles information when you use our App. By using MeasurePro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
MeasurePro’s core calculation functionality does not require users to create an account, register, or provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
MeasurePro allows users to enter information required to perform calculations, such as:
Measurements (length, width, quantities, units)
Specific material inputs (granite, brick, tile, plaster, painting calculations)
Custom text, labels, project names, or notes associated with calculations
Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into calculation fields unless necessary. Calculation data entered into MeasurePro is stored locally on the user's device so that you can access or continue using your saved work. This calculation data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
To support the free availability of MeasurePro, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device data and diagnostic information, including:
IP address
Unique Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID)
Device identifiers, device make, model, and operating system
Mobile carrier and network information
App interaction data, ad impressions, and ad engagement metrics
MeasurePro uses local device storage (such as device database or local key-value storage) to save your preferences, calculations, and settings necessary for the App's functionality. This information remains on your device unless you:
Delete the information through the App's interface;
Clear the App's storage/data via your device settings;
Uninstall the App; or
Manually export, copy, or share the information outside the App.
We do not operate a central server database for storing your calculation information.
We integrate third-party advertising SDKs to serve ads in the App. Specifically, we use Google AdMob.
Google AdMob: Provided by Google LLC. AdMob uses advertising identifiers and network information to display banner, interstitial, or app open advertisements. Depending on your location and device privacy permissions, AdMob may show non-personalized or personalized advertisements.
Consent & Opt-Out: You can manage personalized advertising preferences directly on your Android device by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads and toggling "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
MeasurePro allows users to generate and export calculation results in formats such as PDF or XLSX (Excel).
These files contain the measurements, labels, project details, and calculation values you enter into the App.
Generated PDF and XLSX files are saved to local storage locations permitted by your device and operating system.
Once you export or share a file outside MeasurePro, the file becomes accessible to the third-party application or service selected by you (such as email clients, messaging platforms, or cloud storage apps).
Users are responsible for reviewing exported documents before sharing them. We do not control how third-party applications handle files after you choose to export or share them.
Information handled by MeasurePro is used for the following operational purposes:
Providing core calculation and unit conversion features;
Saving user inputs, preferences, and settings locally;
Generating exportable PDF and XLSX calculation reports;
Enabling file sharing at the user’s request;
Displaying relevant advertisements via Google AdMob to keep the App free;
Maintaining, optimizing, and improving App performance and stability;
Complying with applicable legal and operating system requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade users' calculation data or personal information to third parties.
Locally Stored Data: All calculation data remains stored on your device until you manually clear the data via device settings, remove it within the App, or uninstall MeasurePro.
Exported Files: PDF and XLSX files saved to your device or cloud accounts persist independently of the App. You are responsible for managing and deleting these exported files when they are no longer needed.
Ad Analytics Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is retained in accordance with Google's Data Retention Policies.
We take reasonable measures to protect the operational integrity of the App. Because calculation data is stored locally on your device, the security of your saved calculations depends on your own device security measures (such as screen locks, passcode protection, and operating system updates).
While we use reputable third-party SDKs like Google AdMob, no method of electronic transmission or mobile storage is 100% secure.
MeasurePro is a general-audience measurement and estimation utility tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate measures.
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights regarding your personal data.
Since MeasurePro does not maintain user accounts or central databases containing personal information, you can clear all calculation data directly by clearing the App's cache and data or uninstalling the App.
You can manage ad personalization settings via your device settings or via in-app consent banners where applicable.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App features, legal obligations, or Google Play policy updates. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
MeasurePro is designed strictly as a calculation and estimation aid. Users should independently verify measurements, material requirements, quantities, and pricing with suppliers or professionals before utilizing results for purchasing, construction, billing, or contracting purposes. We are not responsible for construction errors, material discrepancies, or financial losses resulting from reliance on generated calculations.
