RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Allows the app to reschedule notifications after a device reboot.

SMS (via Intent): Used only when the user manually sends reminder messages through their SMS app. No messages are sent automatically or stored by the app.

✉️ SMS Usage

Meal Tracker enables users to send manual SMS reminders to selected contacts using the device’s default messaging app.

No SMS is sent automatically, and no phone numbers are stored, collected, or transmitted.

This functionality works without requiring internet access.

📄 PDF Handling

The app allows users to view locally saved PDF reports.

It does not upload or download any PDFs.

If the user chooses to open an online PDF link, it may require internet — but this is optional and user-initiated.
