By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Photos of meals (if you upload them for food recognition or calorie estimation).

We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use core features of the App.

Your data is used solely to:
Generate personalized meal plans, calorie estimates, and nutrition recommendations.
Analyze uploaded meal photos (if any) to identify foods and estimate nutritional content.
Improve app performance and fix bugs through anonymized analytics.
Important Note: All AI processing (including meal photo analysis) is performed either on-device or temporarily on secure servers. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the App’s features.
Meal Photos and Food Recognition
If you upload photos of meals:
Photos are processed to identify food items and estimate calories/nutrients.
Processing occurs either on your device or temporarily on our secure servers.
Photos are not stored permanently and are deleted immediately after analysis is complete (typically within seconds).
We do not share meal photos with any third party.
Disclosure of Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:
With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics tools like Firebase) who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us. These providers receive only anonymized or aggregated data where possible.
As required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or safety.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (your data would remain subject to this Policy).
Data Storage and Retention
Most data (including meal photos) is processed transiently and not stored on our servers.
Data stored locally on your device remains under your control.
Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for app improvement purposes.
You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in your device settings.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or payment processing (Apple In-App Purchases). These services collect limited, usually anonymized data and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share identifiable health data or meal photos with them.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted in the App with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
