I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at Michigan State University. I am an applied microeconomist with research in the fields of public, health and labor economics. My dissertation research focuses on the impact of health policy on the supply-side of healthcare. My work is motivated and informed by my experience working as a registered nurse in the acute and home care settings. I earned my BA in Economics from Trinity College of Dublin in the Republic of Ireland, and my MA in Economics from the University of Toledo.
