User Service Agreement 1. Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users in the process of using this product, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, or text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc. sent, replied to, and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of accounts or this service, shall not violate relevant national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following principles: (1) Violation of the basic principles established by the Constitution; (2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting the state power, and undermining national unity; (3) Damaging national honor and interests; (4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity; (5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability; (7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes; (8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. 4. Users shall not use the "This Product" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of "This Product" and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties: (1) Content that contains any sexual or sexual innuendo; (2) Content that contains insults, intimidation, or threats; (3) Content that contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information; (4) Content that involves the privacy, personal information, or data of others; (5) Content that infringes on the legal rights of others, such as the right to reputation, portrait, intellectual property, or trade secrets; (6) Content that contains other content that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. This product has the right to review or delete any content (including but not limited to text, voice, pictures, videos, graphics, etc.) that is suspected of being illegal or in violation of socialist spiritual civilization, or that is considered inappropriate by this product at any time. IV. Termination of Service 1. This product has the right to terminate the provision of services to users in the following circumstances: (1) If a user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement, this product has the right to terminate the provision of services to the user; if the user registers as a user again directly or indirectly or in the name of another person, once discovered, this product has the right to directly and unilaterally terminate the provision of services to the user; (2) If this product contacts the user through the information provided by the user and finds that the user If the contact information you filled in no longer exists or cannot be reached, this product will notify the user of the change through other contact information. If the user still fails to provide new contact information within three working days, this product has the right to terminate the service to the user; (3) Users shall not use programs or manual methods to increase the volume or cheat. If the user is found to have cheated, this product will immediately terminate the service and have the right to withhold the amount in the account; (4) Once this product finds that the data or information provided by the user contains false content, this product has the right to terminate the service to the user at any time; (5) When this service agreement is terminated or updated, the user expressly indicates that he does not want to accept the new service agreement; (6) Other situations that this product believes that the service should be terminated. 2. After the service is terminated, this product has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party. 3. The user understands and agrees that even after this agreement is terminated and the user's service is terminated, this product still has the right to: (1) continue to save your user information; (2) continue to claim the liability that the user should bear for violating laws and regulations, this agreement and platform rules during the use of this product service. V. Changes and interruptions of services 1. In view of the particularity of network services, users must agree that this product will change or interrupt part or all of the network services and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by users during use without notifying users and without any responsibility to any user or any third party. 2. This product needs to regularly or irregularly detect or update the platform that provides network services. If such circumstances cause the network service to be interrupted within a reasonable time, this product does not need to bear any responsibility for this. VI. Modification of service terms 1. The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be subject to local laws. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and this product, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where this product is located. 3. Regardless of any clause of this agreement being invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses remain valid and binding on both parties. 4. The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to this product company, and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved. 5. This Agreement shall be applicable from September 1, 2024.
