Providers are the crucial players in any quality health-care program. Providers enrolled with Texas Medicaid and other health-care programs render essential medical and preventive health-care services to clients while focusing on providing the best medical care possible. Texas Medicaid providers help ensure that each patient can receive high quality, comprehensive health-care services within their community.

While similar to Medicaid, the CSHCN Services Program is not a Medicaid program. To enroll in the CSHCN Services Program, providers must be enrolled in Medicaid. For more information, call 800-568-2413, Option 2.

The TVFC program provides vaccines at no cost to the provider. The vaccines are recommended according to the Recommended Childhood and Adolescent Immunization Schedule (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices [ACIP], AAP, and the American Academy of Family Physician [AAFP]). Medicaid does not reimburse for vaccines/toxoids that are available from TVFC. THSteps providers are strongly encouraged to enroll in TVFC at DSHS and must do so in order to obtain free vaccines for clients who are birth through 18 years of age.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) administers programs providing Long Term Care (LTC) services and institutional care to eligible clients. The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) LTC team supports the LTC provider community in submitting claims through the Claims Management System. TMHP also supports providers as they submit forms via the LTC Online Portal.

Contract applicants and contractors will use PEMS to enroll in, or revalidate as, a Texas Medicaid provider to obtain or retain a contract with HHSC. You will still need to go through the HHSC process to contract with a specific service.

An MCO LTSS provider is any provider who provides LTSS services under a specific NPI and taxonomy combination and submits claims through Medicaid Managed Care. An MCO LTSS provider will have to enroll with the LTSS Program through PEMS when the NPI and taxonomy combination they bill LTSS services with does not have an active enrollment record in PEMS.

The providers are infrastructure components, whether orchestrators, container engines, cloud providers, or key-value stores. The idea is that Traefik queries the provider APIs in order to find relevant information about routing, and when Traefik detects a change, it dynamically updates the routes.

When you declare certain objects in the Traefik dynamic configuration, such as middleware, services, TLS options or server transports, they reside in their provider's namespace. For example, if you declare a middleware using a Docker label, it resides in the Docker provider namespace.

If you use multiple providers and wish to reference such an object declared in another provider(e.g. referencing a cross-provider object like middleware), then the object name should be suffixed by the @separator, and the provider name.

In some cases, some providers might undergo a sudden burst of changes, which would generate a lot of configuration change events. If Traefik took them all into account, that would trigger a lot more configuration reloads than is necessary,or even useful.

In order to mitigate that, the providers.providersThrottleDuration option can be set.It is the duration that Traefik waits for, after a configuration reload, before taking into account any new configuration refresh event. If multiple events occur within this time, only the most recent one is taken into account, and all others are discarded.

FMCSA's Training Provider Registry improves highway safety by ensuring that entry-level drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) complete training as required by the new Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations before testing for certain commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) and CDL endorsements. Start a search to find a registered training provider.

If you completed entry-level driver training with a provider registered with FMCSA, you may check your record to see what information your training provider has submitted to the Training Provider Registry.

As our partner, assisting you is one of our highest priorities. The Provider Services Department has dedicated Provider Service Representatives (PSRs) to assist your office. PSRs are available to offer training, conduct visits to provider offices, help with Provider Portal registration, answer questions and serve as the point of contact for all provider needs. We welcome your feedback and look forward to supporting all your efforts to provide quality care.

Molina Healthcare of California hosts a variety of provider training sessions throughout the year for all network providers and medical and office staff. Click here to view and register for our upcoming sessions!

The VA Office of Mental Health Services and Suicide Prevention has released a new toolkit for providers focused on the management and treatment of co-occurring conditions, the VA Mental Health Services Co-occurring Disorders Toolkit. The Toolkit provides information about resources to support providers in treating a range of conditions including those that co-occur with posttraumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. It was developed under the Commander John Scott Hannon Veterans Mental Health Care Improvement Act (the Hannon Act), which was signed into law in 2020.

Since August 2022, vaccine allocation decisions by HHS have been made based on the expectation that vaccine will be primarily administered using the alternative regimen (intradermal route). During this outbreak, the intradermal route is preferred because it would substantially increase the number of available JYNNEOS vaccine doses, while maintaining immunogenicity in vaccinated persons. However, concerns about intradermal administration should not be a barrier to vaccination. The FDA-approved subcutaneous route of administration utilizing 0.5 mL per injection also is permitted. Public health jurisdictions and healthcare providers should decide whether to offer the intradermal or subcutaneous regimen based on balancing optimal vaccine use and acceptance, feasibility of administration, and available vaccine supply.

[8] As noted in footnote 5, for use of ACAM2000 in adults and children, FDA must authorize expanded access IND and an informed consent will be required prior to vaccination. Updates to the provider agreement website will be posted when FDA authorizes such uses.

These are the providers you added to your list. Select the providers you would like to have in your report and then export them to a PDF or Excel document. A summary report can include up to 25 providers, and a detailed report can contain up to 5 providers.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health welcomes existing partners who may already be a part of Pennsylvania's Immunizations Program (e.g., Vaccines for Children, TotTrax) as well as new partners to enroll as providers in Pennsylvania's COVID-19 Vaccination Program.

Please note that our plan for vaccine distribution includes a phased approach, therefore we may need to prioritize enrollment to align with the phases. For example, in Phase 1A we may need to prioritize enrollments for providers best positioned to reach those in Phase 1A populations.

In all cases, to receive and administer COVID-19 vaccine, providers must be credentialed/licensed in Pennsylvania; sign and agree to the conditions in the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program Provider Agreement; and also fully complete the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Provider Profile form for each location where COVID-19 vaccine will be administered.

If you choose to enroll as a COVID-19 vaccine provider, please complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Program Provider Agreement (see below). Upon submission, you will receive a notice of receipt. If additional information is necessary, someone will reach out to you directly, otherwise consider your enrollment agreement to be in process.

There are a number of steps to the enrollment process, including the requirement for providers to be established and trained in the use of the Pennsylvania Statewide Immunization Information System (PA-SIIS) specifically for the COVID-19 Vaccination Program. When it is time for those steps to be completed, you will receive a second notice with more information. Please do not submit duplicate agreements as this will delay the processing of your enrollment. While your enrollment agreement is being processed, we encourage you to review the resources which can be found at the links provided to the right.
