I would describe myself as a curious, detail-oriented, and relentless learner who is always eager to take on new challenges and push beyond my limits. My journey is defined by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a deep commitment to turning ideas into action.

Hailing from Bangladesh, a country blessed with vibrant rivers yet burdened by climate change and pollution, I’ve witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of environmental neglect on aquatic ecosystems. During my undergraduate studies at Bangladesh Agricultural University, academic tours to wetlands, coasts, and marine environments opened my eyes to the urgent need for sustainable solutions. The sight of polluted waters harming aquatic life ignited a fire in me, a determination to research, innovate, and protect these fragile ecosystems.

My expertise spans aquaculture, environmental biotechnology, toxicology, fish physiology, aquatic ecology, and climate resilience. But beyond textbooks, I thrive in hands-on exploration. When the COVID-19 pandemic locked the world indoors, I turned my passion into action by setting up a small ornamental fish farm. Breeding vibrant species like guppies, bettas, and goldfish, I also mastered culturing live feeds - Daphnia, Artemia, and microworms to ensure optimal nutrition. Driven by innovation, I designed a high-tech aquarium with recirculating filtration, CO₂ injection, and precision lighting, creating a thriving underwater world where fish and aquatic plants flourished.

There’s a unique magic in observing fish behavior, their movements, interactions, and adaptations. This fascination fuels my ultimate mission: to deepen my expertise in fisheries science while pioneering sustainable practices that harmonize human needs with ecological balance.

I don’t just want to be a student of this field; I want to be an advocate, a problem-solver, and a future leader driving meaningful change in aquatic conservation and sustainable aquaculture. The water holds endless mysteries, and I’m ready to dive deeper.
