Welcome to AI Video ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. THE SERVICE
AI Video is an AI-powered video generation application. You can create videos from text prompts or images using the models offered in the App. Generated results are provided "as is" and may vary in quality and accuracy.
2. ACCOUNTS
The App uses an anonymous device-based account identified by your User ID. Keep your User ID safe: it is the only credential that allows you to restore your account, credits, and works on a new installation or device. You may restore your account in the "Me" page using your previous User ID.
3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND PAYMENTS
3.1 The App offers virtual credits (Gems and Coins) that can be spent on video generation. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
3.2 Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
3.3 Credits consumed by a failed generation task are automatically refunded to your balance.
3.4 Except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to use the App to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits minors in any way;
- promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, or discrimination;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
- depicts real individuals without their consent, including deepfakes;
- contains malware, spam, or deceptive material;
- otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
5. CONTENT RIGHTS
5.1 You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
5.2 Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use videos you generate through the App for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute generated content.
5.3 You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service.
6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or misleading, and may resemble existing works. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, its design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
8. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Me > Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
