I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in the VIVA lab (Video, Image, Vision and Autonomous systems lab) at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. Robert Laganière. My research interests lie in the area of Machine Learning, more specifically, Deep Learning with particular applications to Computer Vision.

Before starting my PhD, I completed a thesis-based Master's program in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, Canada where I was supervised by Dr. Yang Wang. During my Master's, I worked as a Mitacs-Accelerate Graduate Research Intern at Two Hat Security Research Corp., Canada.
