Hi, I am Md Hasin Abrar. At present, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University under the supervision of Dr. Paul Medvedev.  I have completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Science and Technology (BUET). My undergraduate thesis is on Bioinformatics under the supervision of Dr. Atif Hasan Rahman.  My research interest lies in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, and Data Science. 

Besides academia, I love traveling, playing and watching football (soccer) as well as spending time with my friends and family.
