Using the whole screen for the choosen split view.

Split the full screen view into two views (split-screen).

Swap the left and right views in split-screen mode.

Clicking the Insights button wall allow the user to add after action review or any other feedback. By adding insight it is visible as bulb icon on each work instructions. Clicking on bulb will display all insights added to dedicated work instruction.

Complete the active step and start this step. 

Start this step as parallel and continue the active step as primary.

Move your primary active step to parallel and start this step as primary.

Free placement of global action bar.

Move the global action bar to the left view.

The Global action bar will be floating full screen on the screen

The bar will be shown in the full width in the bottom of the screen

Move the global action bar to the right view.

Will switch the parallel step with the primary step. Parallel step will become primary. 

Will switch the primary step with the parallel step. Primary will become parallel.

This will indicate that the step is running

Add a comment from the Global Action bar to the specific step. 

Will collapse all the steps and only show activites

Will expand all steps, so you can see everything

Filter on steps assigned to you or/and hide completed steps

Generate a PDF that contains exactly what you need. Can e.g. print revision and preparations.

Shows there is a comment under a step.

Shows there is an action under a step

Start and end time and date. If it's active a progress indication will be shown in the end date.

Show the depth from and to. If it's in progress it will show you the exact depth you are registered in.

Shows how many minutes or hours you have used on a given step.

If a step is not relevant or can't be done, you can set it to Not applicable.

If you have set a step to not applicable, but you regret it, you can just click N/A and undo it.

You can find a lot of extra features and settings for a step under this icon. E.g. Not Applicable or start step.

Delete a comment from the Plan Overview. Only possible if it's not locked.

Start and end time and date. If it's active a progress indication will be shown in the end date.

Show the depth from and to. If it's in progress it will show you the exact depth you are registered in.

Shows you the midnight detph and date.

Search for keywords.

Sorting operation log, newest or oldest at top.

Filter time range, display only actions or added steps.

Inserting a missing action historically to your operation. Also shows if an action is added to the log.

Export all the steps to either excel or IFS.

The step is locked for changes, which means you can edit e.g. time and depth.

The step is in progress.

Will return you to the step that's in progress.

If you add actions inline in a step or if the step jumps from one swimlane (e.g. primary to parallel), this icon will show.

If you add multiple actions into one step, the continue series of steps will show.

This will indicate the last step in the series.

Indicate that step is split and continued in parallel swimlane.

Indicate that step is split and continued in primary swimlane.

This will jump from one step in a series to next one, without showing e.g. the action.

Delete a comment from the operation log. Only possible if it's not locked.

Shows there is a comment under a step.

Click on it to get a time and date picker.
