I made a case study for the course “Google Data Analytics Capstone: Complete a Case Study.” This case study is about differences in how two sets of customers use the course’s made-up company Cyclistic and its bike-share services. The point of the study is for Cyclistic to take customers from one group, “casual riders”, and make them join the other group, “annual members.” I learned that, from the data that I looked at, casual riders had, on average, shorter lasting trips compared to annual members each month. I also learned that Saturdays were a more commonly used day for casuals to start a trip compared to other days, while for annual members, the most used day was not so consistent for each month.
