A Zero Responder is a spontaneous helper!

For example

• Usually members of the public, buy may be employees with first aid training (who are there but not with the purpose of providing first aid services)

• Witnesses or bystanders of an incident who come together with a 'shared social identity' (everyone together, including those who may have been affected helping out in some way)
