I am an Assistant Professor in the Supply Chain Management department at the Eli Broad College of Business, Michigan State University. I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas, where I was advised by Professor Milind Dawande and Professor Ganesh Janakiraman.

My research interests include revenue management with a focus on developing efficient and provably-effective algorithms for multiproduct dynamic pricing problems that are inspired by practice. I also work on studying flight delays in airline operations using empirical methods. In my most recent work, I analyze different pricing mechanisms used by technology firms to sell Artificial Intelligence services and compare those mechanisms across various metrics such as the revenue obtained and consumer surplus.
