Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications operated by McGuireg (collectively, the "Applications"), together with any related services operated by McGuireg. McGuireg is referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Applications are designed to operate offline on your device. The Service Provider does not operate servers that receive personal data from the Applications, and the Applications do not transmit gameplay or preference data to the Service Provider over the internet.
The Applications may store limited information locally on your device solely to support gameplay and settings. Depending on the Application, this may include items such as:
High scores, run counts, and similar gameplay statistics
Level unlock, clear, and star or score progress
Local preference flags (for example, whether a help screen has been seen, or whether sound effects are enabled)
Timestamps or counters used only for local game features
This information is stored in on-device storage (such as Android SharedPreferences). It is not uploaded by the Applications to the Service Provider.
The Applications do not require you to create an account, and they do not ask you to submit name, email address, phone number, or other contact details through the Applications.
Permissions and Network Access
The Applications do not declare or use internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or advertising-identifier permissions for data collection. The Applications do not include third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or account SDKs.
Device Backup
Where Android Auto Backup (or equivalent system backup) is enabled for an Application and on your device, locally stored application data may be included in backups managed by your device platform or account provider. That backup process is controlled by the platform, not by an upload feature built into the Applications. You can manage backup settings in your device system settings, or uninstall the Application to remove local application data from the device.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Applications do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or similar cross-site tracking technologies, and they do not integrate third-party tracking SDKs.
Third Party Access
The Applications do not share local gameplay or preference data with third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting providers, because those services are not integrated.
The Service Provider may disclose information only if required by applicable law or valid legal process, or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service Provider, users, or others. Because the Applications do not transmit personal data to the Service Provider, the Service Provider generally does not hold Application usage data that could be disclosed from its own systems.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at jgmmcguire9@gmail.com.
For data stored only on your device, you can delete it by clearing the Application's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information collected through the Applications. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at jgmmcguire9@gmail.com.
International Data Transfers
The Applications do not transfer personal data from your device to the Service Provider. If you contact the Service Provider by email, the information you choose to include in that correspondence may be processed where the Service Provider or its email provider operates. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such processing, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further local storage of Application data by uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings. Uninstalling removes the Application and its local data from your device, subject to any copies retained in platform backups you control.

Data Retention Policy
Local gameplay and preference data are retained on your device until you clear the Application data or uninstall the Application, or until the Application overwrites that data during normal use.
If you contact the Service Provider by email, correspondence may be retained as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet any legal obligations.
Children
The Applications are not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Applications to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Applications are not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age in violation of applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider (for example, by email), contact jgmmcguire9@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of information it processes. Because Application gameplay data remains on your device, protection of that data also depends on your device security settings and any platform backup settings you enable.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data held by the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
By using the Applications, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent (for example, information you voluntarily send by email), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
