Agricultural inputs supply management activities

Through Maharashtra Co-operative Development Corporation, Pune, it has been decided to provide agricultural inputs and services to various executive service societies / farmer production companies in rural areas. The Corporation has received State Wholesale Fertilizer Sales License (LCFD 100169) from the Commissionerate of Agriculture, State of Maharashtra and IFFCO, Krivco are ready to provide agricultural inputs and services to various various executive service societies / farmer producing companies through the Corporation.

The service of agricultural inputs provided to the farmer members through various executive service societies / farmer producer companies through the corporation will be provided in the form of cash on a no-profit no-loss basis for the first year 2020-2021.

Procedures for supplying fertilizers to various executive service societies / farmer producing companies through the corporation:

The corporation will get information from the first company supplying chemical fertilizers 8 to 10 days before the railway rake.

In this regard, through the corporation to the concerned fertilizer selling organization / farmer producer company to the District Deputy Registrar / Assistant. Information will be provided by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

Relevant Institution Fertilizer Demand by written demand letter six. The Registrar will inform the Coordinating Officer of the Corporation through the Taluka.

Coordinating Officer of the Corporation for supplying fertilizer to various executive service societies / farmer producing companies as per transport rules. The availability of fertilizers will be informed through the Registrar.

Chemical fertilizers will be supplied only after the full amount of the bill has been credited to the bank account given by the concerned institution under DD / NEFT or RTGS Corporation before the actual supply is confirmed as per the demand of the concerned institution.

After the full amount is deposited in the bank account of the corporation, the concerned organizations will provide the fertilizer to the various executive service societies / farmer producing companies through the company supplying the fertilizer.
