- Goma Shio Onigiri (Sesame and salt Onigiri)
- Nori Wrapped Onigiri (Seaweed, Salt)
Filling / Modern Onigiri : (choose one of the following filling)
- Cheese and soy sauce
- Tuna and mayonnaise
- Miso, sugar and sesame oil
Decorated Onigiri :
- Halloween Pumpkin Onigiri
- Ghost Onigiri
- Skelton Onigiri
Ingredients and Supply list:
3 cups of rice per family (3 cups before cooking) **Please cook rice ahead of the class**
Sushi Nori (Seaweed) **Please find Japanese SUSHI Nori. Korean snack type is NOT suitable for this class. It is oily and flaky and can not cut well.**
Black Sesame (1-2 table spoon)
Salt
Ketchup
2-3 hard boiled eggs and Soy sauce (optional)
Cooking Scissors
Plastic wrap
