Ming-Chung Chang holds the position of Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica. His primary research areas encompass Experimental Design and Subsampling.
In 2015, Ming-Chung Chang completed his Ph.D. at the Institute of Statistics, National Tsing Hua University. During his academic journey, he spent a year as a research scholar at Georgia Tech, collaborating with Dr. C.-F. Jeff Wu in 2014. Following the completion of his doctoral studies, he pursued postdoctoral research roles at Academia Sinica, working under the guidance of Dr. Ching-Shui Cheng from 2015 to 2017 and Dr. Frederick Phoa from 2017 to 2018.
From February 2018 to July 2021, Ming-Chung Chang served as an Assistant Professor at National Central University. Ming-Chung Chang has been an Associate Research Fellow at Academia Sinica since September 2023.
