Habitat for Humanity

MCA members can partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a home for a family in need. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Since there is a wide variety of different jobs that are needed, the volunteer will be able to choose the job that maximizes his abilities and yet stays within his comfort level. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families. In the past, this has proven to be the most popular volunteer activity among MCA membership, but more help is needed!
