Bird Watching

The group will meet at 8 AM at a location to be announced in the Naples area to carpool to the designated site. The trip will last 3.5 – 4 hours. Possible destinations: Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Eagle Lakes Community Park, Sugden Park, Naples Landfill (the dump!), Tigertail Beach and other interesting locations.

You will need to bring: BINOCULARS, camera, (optional), note taking materials, sunscreen, hat, appropriate shoes, and snacks. Bathrooms will be available at the site. There may be a parking or admission fee.

More information will be sent to those who request information 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

The MCA Bird Watching group is led by member, Arthur Sissman. Arthur has over 20 years Bird Watching experience in the Collier/ Lee Counties area. The group is open to all members who are interested in bird watching, nature photography, or just want to go to interesting natural places for a stroll.
