Opened in 2002 as a sole provider of remedial massage, the centre has grown to 6 professional practitioners with a drive for problem solving and taking care of our community.

We listen to what your needs are and match you to the best practitioner suited to your situation. 

We offer after hours and weekend appointments for flexibility and to allow you to rest rest after treatment . We offer full treatment time with every massage so always allow an extra 15 minutes so you don't have to rush after. 

We believe that a great remedial massage will relax the body by helping it to align, drain lymph, stimulate nerve conduction and circulation and release stress and trauma patterns that hold in the body.

We use high quality oils in every treatment.

We commit to continuous learnings to keep our treatments relevant. 

In general a Remedial massage relieves an overused body to bring you back to balance, calming the mind and soothing the nerves, muscles, connective tissue and other body systems. It's popular for maintaining health at any age and does not need to be a painful experience to be deeply restorative.

We don’t offer couples massages in the same room. However, we can often arrange for both people to be treated at the same time in separate rooms, subject to therapists availability.

To give us the best chance of accommodating your request, please book with as much notice as possible. With short-notice bookings, there may be a significant gap between your appointments, or one person may need to be treated after the other.

Yes, we can accommodate group bookings; however, treatments may not always be able to take place at the same time due to therapist and room availability.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent) – essential

• Current Professional Association Membership
