Privacy Policy for OrbitFlip

MBForge built OrbitFlip as a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

1. Information Collected

OrbitFlip does not operate its own user account system or backend server.

When you choose to use Google Play Games Services, Google may process the following information:

• Your Google Play Games gamer identity, including your gamer tag and avatar

• Your game scores submitted to the global leaderboard

• Analytics and diagnostic information used to maintain and improve Google Play Games Services

OrbitFlip does not request or collect your email address, real name, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or payment information.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Google Play Games information is used only to:

• Sign you into Google Play Games

• Submit and display leaderboard scores

• Display your gamer identity in Play Games features

• Maintain the stability and functionality of Play Games Services

3. Local Game Data

Game settings, unlocked skins, missions, rewards, and local progress may be stored locally on your device.

This local data is not uploaded to MBForge servers. You can remove it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling OrbitFlip.

4. Data Sharing

MBForge does not sell user data.

Information used by Google Play Games Services is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies. Your gamer identity and game information may be visible to other players depending on your Google Play Games profile visibility settings.

5. Data Security

Information transmitted through Google Play Games Services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

MBForge does not maintain a separate database containing your personal information or leaderboard data.

You can manage or delete your Play Games profile and game-related data through your Google Play Games profile or Google Account settings.

Local game data can be deleted by clearing OrbitFlip’s app data or uninstalling the game.

7. Children’s Privacy

OrbitFlip does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Google Play Games features are managed through the user’s Google Account and applicable Google settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when game features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this page.
