PRIVACY POLICY

"You" refers to the user of this application, and as such You have gained the right to use this application by respecting and agreeing to the applicable End-User License Agreement upon registration.

The "Operator" or "We" is the exclusive owner and operator of the Mazel Match Mobile Application (the "Service").

1. When using the Service, the following information may be collected:

(i) Email address, used for resetting your password.

(ii) Date of Birth, used to derive age.

(iii) GPS location, used to derive city, state or province, and country of residence. It is required during registration only, and you may remove permission for the GPS location thereafter if you so desire, and the application will resume based on your last recorded GPS location.

(iv) Customary information obtained for an online dating profile including photos, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, dating type/intent, have/want offsprings, willingness to relocate, physical features (hair, eye color, height, physique), religion, denomination, ethnicity, religious practices, career, income tier, education, languages spoken, sign, pet ownership, political view, and habits such as smoking, diet, and drinking as well as exercise frequencies. In addition, the Service also allows some generic short-answer questions to be submitted such as About me, About my ideal match, Hobbies/activities, Favorite travel spots, What I do, Where I grew up, and My notion of a great first date. At this time, all such data is voluntarily entered and is not mandatory to use the Service, and you can edit, change, or remove such details from your profile independently.

(v) A question and answer that is used to reset your password in the event you forget it.

(vi) We allow you to take selfies from your device's camera and upload them, so permission to use your camera for this purpose is required.

(vii) At any point in time, The Operator asserts that your email address will not be publicly displayed. In addition, your Date of Birth and GPS location will not be directly displayed, only the above stated derivations. This information stated as being collected will be NEVER be shared with any third-party companies or groups with the exception of complying with a legal request, court request, subpoena, or government demand.

(viii) If you choose to voluntarily display personal information such as an email on your public profile, that information can be used by others, and The Operator cannot control who reads your profile, or what they would do with your information that you voluntarily disclose, so you are encouraged to exercise discretion with respect to the personal information you publicly share.

2. You grant all users of the Service the authority to view your content in a personal, non-commercial capacity.

3. If you are located in the European Union or other such regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer and storage of your personal data, including sensitive data, by the Operator from your region to countries which do not have data protection laws that provide the same level of protection that exists in countries in the European Economic Area, including the United States where the Operator's servers are located. By providing your personal information, you consent to any transfer, collection, use, sharing and processing in accordance with this Policy.

4. If you wish to terminate your account and remove all profile details, you can use the "Delete My Account" option via the Account menu of the Application.
