• These vocals are natural sounding and offer a simple change of tone, resulting in V3 Megpoid keeping professional singing results.

• She doesn't have [z] and [Z] so they are replaced by [dz] and [dZ].

• ⟨ぇ⟩ and ⟨ぉ⟩ are pronounced as [h\ e] and [h\ o].

  • ⟨え⟩ and ⟨お⟩ are still pronounced as [e] and [o] per usual. 

• She’s capable of producing glottal stops.

• All vocals share the same optimum range and tempo making changing mid-song relatively smooth.

• Since they are a simple change of tone, they are known to sound close to the original Megpoid at times.

• Jointly, they address the main issue of the Megpoid vocal, in that it was highly resistant to editing change. 

• These 4 vocals also do so without sounding too unnatural or different in the process, an issue that the Hatsune Miku Append and Kagamine Rin/Len Append faced.

• All of her voicebanks can XSY with each other. 

• She may voice certain syllables that are usually unvoiced.

• The ADULT voicebank has a dark and thick tone to it. The thicker tone allows it to sound more mature as well as handling higher notes.

• Is the opposite in tone to SWEET.

• She has a very wide range and ability to change notes very smoothly.

• Starts to sound like her NATIVE above her optimum range.

• When rapidly changing notes with edited phonetics, she may stumble a bit, leading to clicking or unpleasant attacks.

• ADULT’s main role in XSY is to add maturity to a vocal; any vocal XSY with it will gain a more solid tone.

• POWER is a strong voice with clear consonants and strong attack.

• She is able to change octaves quite easily and has a very clear tone of voice.

• The opposite of the WHISPER vocal. POWER prefers a more dramatic and quicker tempo or song build up.

• Due to her extremely strong attack, some shorter notes may not sound out properly, and her voice may lead to clipping on older computers.

• POWER’s main role in XSY is to add power to another vocal, allowing it to have strength for climbing up the octaves.

• Her SWEET voicebank is cuter sounding vocal.

• Sounds more childish than the other voices and it is the opposite of ADULT.

• She has a decent range and a very good reaction to the Velocity parameter.

• Some notes may sound forced if jumping from a lower or higher octave.

• SWEET’s main role in XSY is to add a cuter sounding tone to the vocal, allowing for a more childish sound to it and to make it sound more youthful.

• Her WHISPER is a gentle whisper vocal.

• It's the opposite in tone to POWER.

• It's friendlier sounding in tone.

• Because of her light voice, she is useful as backup vocals or on long-noted songs. It favors a slower build-up for this reason.

• Due to the nature of whisper voices, her range is not very good and long notes may become raspy or unpleasant.

• She has difficulty maintaining vocal strength while going up the octaves.

• WHISPER’s main role in XSY is to add expression to another vocal, it allows the voice to sound sorrowful or gentler depending on the mix of tones.
