Despite all her glitches, she has been noted to be a very realistic bank.
She is easy to mix.
Was made to match the vocal qualities of the Megpoid - Native vocal.
Pronunciation is not clear on short notes.
Her expressive tones are widespread within the vocal itself. She is overall relaxed in tone and able to perform in a wide range of genres, be it up-beat fast tempos or slower tempos.
Like the Japanese equivalent vocal, she lacks the main annoyances of her V2; that being its raspiness and stubbornness.
When using the English bank, users have stated that English Megpoid has many choppy transitions throughout her bank, mainly on her vowel to vowel transition and her consonant to consonant transitions. [-] can be used to fix this on occasion. However, users must be aware that [-] will not always work and will often fail altogether. The failures of [-] are restricted to certain words and do not occur in every instance of the phoneme combination.
A known issue is from the word ⟨STOP⟩. The word must be written as [s th Q p], this is due to an issue with the phonetics [t Q].
She produces a number of awkward pauses depending on a certain combination.
Sometimes words do not connect when they should.
Often regarded as the most glitchy voicebank.
Her pronunciation is based on a general American accent.
[@] usually sounds weird on its own.
Often the transition between a consonant and [{] is broken.
[V] and [Q] can sound very similar.
[O:] can be used to replace [V] or [Q] if they aren’t working right.
When held for too long, [I] can start sounding like [i:].
Broken transitions between words commonly happen when the second word starts with [aI] or [V].
Usually, this can be fixed with [w], [j] or [r] depending on the previous phoneme.
Broken transitions inside words commonly happen when [s], [S] or [tS] are involved.
[U] can fix almost every internal broken transition with some editing.
She comes with an extra dictionary to help with her pronunciation issues.
[bh], [ph], [dh], [th], [gh] and [kh] may be too quiet at times.
Some fixes may not work on short notes due to the amount of phonemes that are needed to fix the word. i.e:
⟨BLANK⟩ [bh p l0 e { N k]
⟨GOLD⟩ [gh @U u: l0 l th d]
⟨WORLD⟩ [w U @r l l0 dh]
Her voice provider has a good level of English.
