This data is not used to ascertain a user's true identity or contact information, but instead to better understand user engagement with our Products. Additionally, it helps us and our partners deliver targeted advertisements, manage ad performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

**Data from Facebook and Third Parties:** If you use our Products through Facebook, we may receive data that you provide or allow to be shared with us via Facebook. This could include your user ID, interactions with our game (such as who you share it with on Facebook), and your email address if you contact us for support. The data we receive depends on the specific Product you use, Facebook's terms of service and privacy policy, your privacy settings, and the privacy settings of your friends. Additionally, we may receive information from third-party service providers that collect data through our Products in line with their own privacy policies. We use your Personal Data to operate and enhance our Products, comply with applicable laws, and based on our legitimate interests in understanding how our Products are used, delivering effective advertisements, improving customer service and support, and ensuring the security of our users, ourselves, and our Products.

Specifically, we use Personal Data for the following purposes:

- **To Provide and Maintain Our Products:** We use your data to recognize you when you return to our apps and to perform essential business operations. Our legal basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract that you enter into with us by downloading our Products and agreeing to our End User License Agreement.

Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interests in managing our business and providing necessary administrative services.

- **To Communicate with You:** We may use your data to respond to support requests and understand your usage of our Products to enhance our offerings. Our legal basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or consent, depending on the situation. This allows us to keep you informed about our Products and new features, in accordance with your preferences.

- **To Promote Our Products:** We may cross-promote our Products and send push notifications about changes or new features. Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interests in promoting our Products and keeping you updated in line with your preferences. You can opt-out of receiving push notifications by adjusting your device settings.

- **To Serve Personalized Advertisements:** We may display personalized ads within our Products using third-party advertising networks. Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interests in operating our business. However, if you are located in the European Economic Area, Norway, or Switzerland, some third-party advertising networks may require your consent to process Personal Data for personalized advertising. In such cases, you will be asked to consent to the collection of your mobile device’s advertising identifier and IP address to provide a personalized advertisement experience. To opt-out or withdraw consent, refer to the “Opt-out of targeted advertising” section below.

- **To Use User-Generated Content:** If you provide content that includes Personal Data, our legal basis for processing this is your consent, which is obtained directly via the medium used to provide the content (e.g., email, social networks, or social platforms). You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us via email at playmllc92@gmail.com.

- **To Respond to Legal Requirements:** We may process your data to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal proceedings, or address other legal requirements.

### How We Retain Your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. This includes retaining and using your Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

Usage Information is generally retained for a shorter period, unless it is used to enhance our Products' functionality or is required to be retained for a longer duration due to legal obligations.

Your Personal Data collected through our Products will be deleted when it is no longer required for any of the purposes mentioned above. In any case, your Personal Data will be deleted after 14 months of inactivity in your use of our Products. Once your Personal Data is deleted, you will no longer have the ability to exercise rights such as access, erasure, rectification, or data portability.

Your Options

**Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising:**

We use third-party advertising networks and their partners, some of which require your consent (listed in Appendix A), to display personalized ads in our apps based on your interests. These networks use personal and non-personal information, such as advertising identifiers (like the Android advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA), and other tracking technologies.

To opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile apps:

- **For iOS Devices:**

- Go to **Settings** > **Privacy** > **Advertising** and enable **Limit Ad Tracking**.

- **For Android Devices:**

- Go to **Settings** > **Google** > **Ads** and enable **Opt out of Ads Personalization**.

By opting out, advertising networks will treat this choice as a withdrawal of consent for personalized advertisements, showing only contextual ads instead. You may still see non-customized ads and may continue to receive personalized ads from third-party ad networks that obtained your consent through other apps or websites. For more information, refer to Appendix A.

### Data Sharing

We may share your data with certain third parties, including law enforcement agencies, service providers, and our affiliates, but only in accordance with this policy:

- **Compliance with Legal Requirements:**

We may disclose Personal Data to government and law enforcement officials in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or as required by applicable laws and regulations (including for national security purposes). This may occur with or without notice to you if we believe in good faith that we are legally obligated to do so, or that such disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or respond to illegal activity, fraud, or other misconduct.

- **Service Providers and Business Partners:**

We do not receive or store passwords for these third-party services.
